Mooching round Thorpe Arch boot sale this Mother's Day morning. There's a brisk wind and a Spring chill.
I saw these annuals on a stall. Champion the Wonder Horse is not one you often see. I liked that show as a kid, with it's catchy theme tune.
Is there anything you would have got?

DeleteThought I might be interested in the 'Look In' annual ... but then I saw Metal Mickey on the cover, and that was me backing right off !

DeleteA dreadful ITV sitcom, from the late 70s/early 80s, featuring a naff robot delivering weak punchlines.

As a robot, Mickey was only marginally more convincing than Dusty Bin !
Sounds tinny Mish. Wonder if there any toys. I really don't recall Mickey. Between 1979 and 1983 I lived abroad so dint see any English TV. In 84 we moved to Wales. I remember Dusty Bin tho! I've seen little plastic toy wind-ups of DB!
