Moonbase Central is so educational - I never previously knew that toy Doctor sets include guns. A choice of automatic, revolver, or pump action shotgun (which seems to have a revolver cylinder) . I assume the pink balls are the projectiles ? And the ducks and bowling pins are the targets ? Really weird.
The tooth on the first card would imply Doc Holiday, the gun totting dentist!

Honestly, in this city, doctor's need guns although it's been a couple of years since an irate patient killed anyone here.
