We've seen this beauty before on MC, the X-20 Space Car.
Not sure we've seen a box before so here's one I saw earlier on an online auction.
Such a gorgeous toy and box, like the link between the 1950's Atomic age and the more modern age of Space toys in the 1960's.
Does anyone have one?
X-20 is a thing of beauty. I'd say it hearkens back to the "Streamline" style of the 1930s, myself, the era of pulp fiction magazine covers and Flash Gordon serials. My favorite SF period. SFZ

DeleteThe design is reminiscent of earlier Buck Rogers/Flash Gordon ships.
