MOON MAKER

 I picked up this cheap water pistol from a charity shop last week and it gave me an idea.



The Lone Star James Bond Moonraker toy gun.


It needs a lick of paint now.

    There is a NOS VTG 1980s space gun that reminds me a bit of a rack toy gun—but the clear barrel was in the center of a parabolic dish—any ideas?

      The two links are clones of the UFO Echo gun. Fascinating and thanks. There's a few pictured on Moonbase but not these two.

      As for the parabola gun, there's an article on it on Moonbase. I'll find it and post the link.

    Perhaps this is the Parabola gun you mentioned, one of many versions I've seen, including a bagged rack toy. This is the Imai version written up by reader and contributor Tony K in 2016 https://projectswordtoys.blogspot.com/2016/12/imais-space-receiver-tales-from-festive.html
