Its the Space Orbiter that came free with Nabisco's Great Honey Crunchers.
Looks like its a blow pipe with a levitating ball.

You nailed it Woodsy.Thats exactly what they are.put it together,blow into the pipe, and the meteor levitates.I forget what cereal these came in stateside,but I have seen them before.

DeleteI know I had one as a kid. There was a game involved I don't remember a lot about it. Can't remember the cereal it came from but I believe it was earlier than the box pictured.
