I had one if these as a kid I reckon. A toy payphone.
We had lodgers at our home in the Sixties. They worked for the GPO or GTO, not sure which. Telephones in Preston. One of them, Ray, got me one of these I'm sure.
When I was much younger, I remember having a Roy Rogers phone with wonderful graphics made by the Gong Bell Co.. Currently, I still have a Flintstones phone made by Empire of North Carolina.
I had a plastic candlestick phone I cannibalized for parts.
