They did in fact re-initiate the designation 'Brontosaurus' back in 2015. I believe they had found two distinct sets of fossils with enough differences wherein one set has been classified as 'Apatosaurus' while the set that garnered all the controversy was re-named from 'Apatosaurus' back to its original 'Brontosaurus' designation. Anywho, this Schleich dino was sold as an 'Apatosaurus' back in the day.
