A repackage of a Mir station. The largest is the Mir DOS core block..Zvezda on ISS...the old Salyuts.
Salyuts started as Almaz..that originally had Soviet VA capsules in place of that ball shaped docking port that the smaller modules fit into above--those are TKS ferries/FGB tugs--all launched by UR-500 Protons..Soyuz and Progress by R-7
No VAs were attached to the single Almaz/Salyuts...the Russian MOL.
