Its a legit Microman toy. One of the rarer ones too. The Acroyear were the enemy of Microman (and Micronauts later in Europe) and this was one of the larger vehicle/characters. You can see the 'Microman' logo on the bottom of the left hand side of the box (lowest of three logos) Bill

DeleteDon't doubt the Micronaut link, but where's the humanoid pilot. I can't see it.
