I do like to get these meet ups when I can, Mish. The Secret Service is certainly a charming series. As to whether there's a fan base I couldn't say. Anderson fans enjoy it but I can't honestly say it would be their favourite.
I dont recall ever watching the Secret Service, but have just found it (along with Joe 90, Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds) hidden away on ITVX (in the most unlikely of places, under Categories->Films->Make It A Movie Night->The James Bond Collection)
