Here's another one someone has mentioned to me, the Tomy Koedachan House from 1977 onwards. This is a 1983 version I saw online.

oh, and here's the Gummi Bear House someone else mentioned. No idea of the maker. You? This was on Pinterest.
No tree houses here, but talking about pencil cases earlier today, Takara's Koeda Poshette Room toy line housed minifigs similar to those in the first photo inside a pencil case, which revealed a mini doll's house complete with garden and more! These were imported also to Finland in the early 1980's.
