I've bought Tom Smith Thunderbirds crackers before so I was curious when I saw this on the Bay in the UK and wondered what on earth it was.

The instructions say stand on a table and pull the ring!
Seems to be full of small toys and stuff!

How weird! My wife and I were just recalling one of our favorite treats as kids - a Hood Rocket Pop. It was vanilla and chocolate ice cream in a colorful cardboard tube, and you pushed up to get the ice cream out. Looked very similar to your contraption here. Good days... SFZ
