Sundae Sundae

Before we cut down on car booting on account of our house bursting at the seems, we visited the local Leeds sale one last time this month. We plan to limit our car boot visits to just one a month from now on. That's the plan anyway!

Today's old and inexpensive toy haul was an interesting bag.

See what you think.

At the back, a Clangers 1969 jigsaw

Left to Right, Action Man go kart, Popy Kaiju monster [ID needed], cheap Action Man KO [ID needed], Action Man detonator, Italian plastic car, A Team Enforcer van, Action Man German helmet, four Hot Wheels and a Terrahawks tank.

    1. Cheers Kev. A bargain too at a pound. Just hope it's all there.

  2. I think the Kaiju figure is Eleking from the Ultraman franchise.

    1. Spot on! That's an Eleking!

Fun Fact: Eleking was originally painted black and white but chemicals in the water tank caused the white paint to change to a soft yellow.

    2. Cheers Lance. Great info as usual.

  3. Terrahawks is the Battletank from the large Terrahawk ship. Clips in underneath and can be lifted up with the fold down roll bar. Red car under the detonator is lovely, but the Clangers Jigsaw is the best! Bill

    1. Cheers Tone. The naked KO action man was wearing it. A pound for them both. The chap said he'd sold tons of vintage AM stuff earlier that morning. The early bird ....

  5. Your knock off Action Man is the second version of LJN's Mr Action that is so subtly called Fully Jointed Mr Action Double Action. He has more joints than the first Mr Action figure who had all the articulation of a Ken doll. The Double Action is a very nice upgrade which actually made him a better toy.
