IN SHARK CONTRAST

 

I picked up this modernish Action Man dolphin last summer. It really reminded me of my own soft plastic Action Man shark I had in the Sixties.

Here's one still carded from an old Vectis auction.

I remember it being huge but when I checked on Action Man HQ it's much smaller than I thought. I'm sure I used to stuff Billy Blastoff frogman in its mouth!

Looking how toy sharks have developed I must admit I was pretty gobsmacked when I saw this!

What would Action Man make of that bad boy?
