EASING ROUND ELSECAR

A recent trip out to Elsecar antiques in Barnsley is always interesting. Two massive floors of collectables. I had a bad back so I walked quite gingerly.

As I slowly wandered I took some pics for Moonbase.

See anything you like?

I bought these two Superfast, 50 pence each.

Here's everything else.

Pentateuch LP!

and a few things in Doncaster!

No idea what these are!

Lady Penelope's luggage!

and my favourite choccies, Black Magic!

What an amazing selection of die-casts and kits. Some of the latter are from the 1960s. You would only see those at a fair for collectors in NZ. Plenty there I would like.

    1. Yep, there's a lot there Paul. I could have stayed another couple of hours!

  2. Those brightly colored anthropomorphic vehicles are Shopkins I think. I saw some in a local shop last last week.

    2. Hmm. Had a good look at Shopkins. Don't think these are they.

  3. Ive always fancied the Pentateuch lp, for the booklet that comes with it, but thats pretty expensive. The camera gear looks interesting and that cool melodica - looks like I have my own whisky brand too! Bill

    1. I have Pentateuch but it's either just the booklet or just the LP!
