Paul Adams from NZ sent in this snap from Worthpoint of a beautiful golden James Bond Aston Martin DB5 by Gama of Germany. How gorgeous is that! Did you have a big Aston Martin toy?
I had a grey plastic friction toy, maybe 8" long. Pop out guns and fenders on the front and bullet proof screen came up at back window. Registration plate could be revolved and the roof popped open to fling out a blue blob of plastic meant to be a SPECTRE goon. I also had the early Dinky gold Aston, that came with the fabric bike sticker. Sadly, all that remains now are the spare goons for the Dinky one! Bill
The toy looks good, but the box art makes it look like Bond has had a few too many vodka martinis and has dented the front of the DB5 on a lamppost or something !
