I was at the Weston-Super-Mare Comic Con last weekend, woodsy. No Batman, but plenty of Storm Troopers and couple of Daleks to keep people in line. Some other fun cosplay fans there as well.
Sounds great Tone. Maybe local ones are even better than massive jobs like the NEC. It was fun and very nostalgic for me as in the late 90's and Noughties I went to Henry Cook's fabulous Memorabilia every year with a mate. I bought a Johnny 7 there!
He wasn't in costume, but I saw 60s TV Batman Adam West once at a Forbidden Planet book signing in London, if that counts. Sadly, I had to leave, just as he arrived, so I didn't get a chance to buy his book and meet him.
Certainly counts that Mish! Adam West! What a guy! I adored that old 60's show. I may watch an episode with the Grandson this Christmas. He already adores the 1990 Batman Animated cartoon so I'm half way there!
