Well At Least They Tried: Marx Convair XF-92

Developed to fulfill the role of a point-defense interceptor, the XF-92 was built for purely experimental purposes. Only one was built and is now on display at Wright-Patterson AFB.

The Marx version was designed for inclusion in playsets and wasn't marketed as the XF-92.

    I like the missile release buttons protruding through the wings! That's real play value!

      BTW, I love the way you've photographed the toy with it's munitions fanned out in front of it, like a real plane!
