The Computer Says No

As regular as the demon in Jeepers Creepers, every six or seven years my latest laptop packs up.

It's happened again.

There's always a final scrabble to retrieve stuff somehow, which usually means forking out at the local PC repairs shop. This time it's my second JR21 toys draft book that's on there, so it'll be worth it to persevere with one last go, even if I have to shell out. Don't forget, I'm an adopted Yorkshireman!

As for blogging, I'm doing it on my mobile phone. It's much harder to edit long posts with lots of photos, so I apologize if you've sent me anything like this in the past couple of months readers; it'll just take me longer with one finger!

At some point this year I'll get a reconditioned laptop and get back fully on board.

Where's HAL when you need it!

  1. Good luck with it. Mine is so old it is physically falling apart. Bits drop off it regularly. I only use it to edit photos though, so I'm trying to keep it going. Everything online I do on my phone. I do try toback stuff upon an external hard drive, it's worth getting one.

  2. Computers are the devil, I am convinced. A neccssary evil in this techno-dystopia.
