SIGNS OF THE ZODIAC

Its been a fruitful weekend for netting old toys. Always great fun, Saturday in Barnsley's Charity shops was a hoot and today, car boot Sunday in Leeds was bountiful.

See what you think. Anything you recall?

Back row LtoR: Zodiac Toys Vacuum Cleaner boxed, big RAD robot, Sylvia soundtrack LP

Middle [on RAD]: mini camera on keyring, mini bowie knife in sheath on keyring, West German whistle plane, JAWS Blockbuster modern jigsaw in video case, balsa canal boat

Front LtoR: old Matchbox and Hot Wheels group, modern mini Transformers vehicles and bots, Gen1 Transformer [stood up], old cement mixer Transformer [I think], Uriah Heep glass, Care Bear, unknown horror mini mask, Thundercats plastic mini vehicle, Supernaturals figure and shields and maybe Supernaturals weapons

Far right: Custard tarts - yum!

One of the highlights for me was buying this old Zodiac Toys vaccy in its box. It was such a thrill to buy a Zodiac toy again, as I adored the shop in Preston back in the Sixties. I still have one of my fave books from there on Jason and the Golden Fleece.

This is the original price tag for the vaccy, with that classic lettering, still on the box. £3.99! I only paid two more!

And the Zodiac toys Z logo on the base of it.

Just need to test it out now. Anyone need some hoovering done?

Here's some close-ups of this bundle:
ID's welcomed.

This mini thin plastic horror mask, front and back, is a complete mystery item.
Any ideas?

What a great haul. The die-casts for me, and the plastic aeroplane. That toy vacuum cleaner is in great shape, and so it the box. You clearly had a great weekend.

    1. Yep, the die casts were great today Paul. 80s Matchbox and Hot Wheels. Thanks.

  3. The flat faced figure stirred a memory, although I don’t think I ever had any of the line. It's a Tonka Super Naturals figure and the gimmick was the flat area was actually a real hologram, so it had a 3D effect.
