Its a toy Redbox/ Salco Secret Agent Transmitter Gun!

Now just the smaller red one, which might say Fun Transmitter along the top?

I didn't have that, but I had a camera and a movie camera that both turned into secret agent guns. I might have had a third piece too, but have forgotten it along with the name of the line.
