REMOTELY CONTROLLED IN THE WINDY CITY

I dunno, there's just something about this Italian vintage toy Chicago police car by Ellegi. Seen online, I think its the overall shape and Dick Tracy-style graphics that appeal to me.

There's a feel of Blade Runner about it too.

Is it based on a real Italian car?

  1. I couldn’t say.

If a second one is out there…I’d take off the sirens and paint it like a Spinner from BLADE RUNNER

  5. Interesting design. Here in Vegas we do see cars with similar sleek outlines toolin' down the roads, but of course without all the garish graphics.

    2. sometime during the pandemic lockdown, the city started tearing up the streets near the downtown area (Freemont Street area) and continued further on down The Strip. Basically that whole stretch (a couple of miles) has been torn up to the point where it has degenerated into the Cruise From Hell! We won't go near that part of town until they finish that nonsense!
