These Garara Yamakatsu cards caught my eye on an auction. I saved the pics for the blog. I had thought the Japanese movie shown was The Green Slime but I didn't think so. Any ideas readers?
'Cosmic Giant Monster Guilala' made in 1967. Dubbed into English as 'X from outer space' . The spaceship is the AAB-Gamma space boat. A model kit of it was made by Midori in Japan.
Ah yes, “The X From Outer Space!” One of the defining moments of my teenage years was getting the Paramount model kit of the “Astro Boat” in early 1968, and seeing “The X From Outer Space” on TV that summer, and realizing the vehicle was from the movie! What a Summer! SF_Ziggurat
