I Google Lensed the typography and it says "Great Ship Battleship Yamato". The artwork is filched from Shigeru Komatsuzaki's original Bandai box art, but the picture quality is too poor to read any of the smaller idicia. I'm pretty certain it's a knock off, as the name Yamato is not copyrighted, as evidenced by any number of Aoshima kits and Lieje Matsumato himself, after he went rogue! The capper is of course the toy itself, which lacks not only a Wave Motion Gun muzzle, but the distinctive "bulbous bow" of the real McCoy!
Battleship Yamato is such an icon of Japanese culture, and all of those SF-infused “Space Yamato” products are an industry in itself!

Wow, I didn't know you could google lens Japanese type Looey! I will have to have a look at some Japanese Project SWORD ads again now!
