THE RICO POTENS COMANDO

 


I do like this friction airport fire ATV by RICO of Spain. 

From the box it looks like there were also Medic and armoured car versions of this too.

Looks like there's a flap on top to gain access to the cab - for figures?

Did you have anything like this as a kid?

It wouldn't look out of place in Thunderbirds or Joe 90!

    That is very reminiscent of the Joe90 explosives truck.

      I was about to go one futher and say it was bootlegged from the Tamiya Joe 90 explosives truck, but I Googled first and found this amazingly useful blog that provided pictures and after cateful scrutiny, I'd say no, but definitely a design influence!

      Northern Heights is set in the mid 50's ten years before Alvis built them.
