This is the Argentinian Explorador Lunar. Its been on MC before but its Captain Scarlet SPC chops make it a winner.
It was released in at least 5 different colours and was a lunar vehicle, the Lunar Explorer, as you can see from the box art.

Very nice. The white and red finish makes it look a little like an ambulance.
