MORE FIREBALL PHOTOS

As we seem to have quite a few Fireball fans tuning in, judging by my viewing figures and some excellent comments from some of you on my XL5 anniversary post yesterday I thought I'd dig out some of the Fireball photos I took featuring mega collector ,Bob Bailey's  XL5 and Supercar display at the 2021 Cromford Mills event. The Fireball XL5 model was built by Martin Bower, and the Steve Zodiac puppet is original.

      Always a pleasure, Arto. Bob's quite the XL5 fan and his original Steve Zodiac puppet is certainly the pinnacle of his collection.

    Fireball XL5 (the series and the vehicle) is what made me a confirmed Supermarionation NUT. Supercar was cool, but Fireball XL5 took the notion of a completely miniature world to the heavens!

      I still enjoy watching the series myself, Zigg, and it looks like Network are doing a couple more colorized episodes which I'm looking forward to seeing.
