I only got Ursula because I knew I'd seen that image in one if my old Horror Movie coffee table books, from the 70s. It turned out to be Alan G Frank's 'Horror Movies' published by Octopus Books in 1974.

I adored that book Mish as a kid and still have it. That's where I remembered the image from too! Ha ha. The power of nostalgia, our hive mind!
