It was made by K of Hong Kong. Anyone know the K brand?
Its a sort of weeble.
Yet the face seems familiar.
It reminds me of Professor Popkiss in Fireball XL5!
Am I seeing things again!

DeleteInteresting that it looks as though the head has been moulded in clear plastic and then been painted on the inside which gives it the appearance of wearing a close fitting clear bubble helmet!
