I had to chuckle at this online picture of a vintage Lundby doll reclining in his gaff. it reminded me of me after work! Not sure what's on TV but it could be Space 1999! Or is it a cat?
It seems to be 2 people in a horse drawn buggy. Not many episodes of Space 1999 match that description, so we should be able to identify it!

The pictures on the wall, and the magazine covers, all show dolls, so my guess would be that the TV screen also shows a picture of dolls.
