There's something very familiar about this toy or maybe even its constituent parts. Maybe its the Interceptoresque missile at the front or the finned ratemaster at the rear.
Overall its not a bad looking space toy. I saw it on Spain's Todocollecion site so I saved the pics.

Yes, very familiar design. They've 'borrowed' (ahem) the Message from Space 'Comet Fire' Fighter design from the 1978/9 Japanese movie/TV series.
