I've got the first two (got the first one a good while back, and the second one only recently) and Jada toys have also issued a three-pack of inch-long Bat vehicles. (The '66 Batmobile and Batbike, plus the Joker's car.)
Hot Wheels Batmobiles come in all colours, not just Batmobile Black Some also have stripes or flames in a second colour. Hot Wheels want you to buy one (or more) of each. The super deformed models are called Tooned versions, as in cartoon. For the last few years these have had their own sub-series within the Mainline, but the Tooned Batmobile is included in the Batman sub-series.
I like the Super Deformed version!
ReplyDeleteMore to come on the deformed version Looey courtesy of Paul A.

ReplyDeleteThat's a nice collection you've got Kid!
DeleteI don't get the different colour variations on the batmobile, surely its supposed to be black or midnight blue?
ReplyDeleteMattel is more interested in generating 'collectibles' than franchised replicas.
ReplyDeleteClearly sales are not intended for kids toys but MIB collections!

Thanks Paul. I like the Arkham Batmobiles. They have that 1930's vibe of the detective comics.
