I watched a bit of a film called Childs Play from 1972 last night. Not the Chucky schlocker but an interesting tale of madness and malevolence within a catholic collage starring James Mason and a young Beau Bridges. The screeching fiddles reminded me of the score from the Mephisto Waltz. It got too late for me but I would like to see the whole film sometime.
