OVER THE HA-HA

 Glimpses of the old lands in and around Wentworth Castle in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, which we visited today.

    Is it a real castle, or a sort of folly ?

    1. Ta Mish. Yep, its a folly, Stainborough Castle, part of a huge National Trust estate to roam around along with large herds of deer, obelisks, follies and an enormous stately home. https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/wentworth-castle-gardens
