MARK'S AVRO LANCASTER KIT

 My mate Mark recently commenced on a mission to build his Father-in-Law's Avro Lancaster B Mk.I/III model kit by Tamiya.

I shall update the blog as Mark makes progress this week.

    That looks to be a wonderful kit. Far too big for me, a 1/48th Lancaster has a wingspan of 25 1/2 inches. Good luck with the build.

    Hi all. I'm trying to progress with this but, as you say, it has lots of parts, many need painting before assembly. Currently painting 18 200lb bombs and 1 4000lb bomb for the full bay load out. That's Xmas sorted! Have a great hols, I'll try and keep Paul furnished with pics.
