Looks like a good alien weapon from 70's Doctor Who.
Wow, that's cool! About a million times better than the Give-A-Show, which I always considered a very clunky device.
I adored my Flashy Flikers. I've sold a couple as well over the years ands a bunch of boxed 'films'. I think Aquaman and the Phantom got flashy flickered too.
