Mystery Alpine Express: This is a big beauty, with an almost mint box, which dates from the early 1960s I think. Released by The Automatic Toy Company of Staten Island, and I don’t think it’s a rebox, but it could be a Technofix German import?
The tracks cross underneath the Alpine mountain, and the tram comes out on different tracks every time - thus the mystery. And the thing still works like a charm!
