Although I've already done an in-depth post on the Green Hornet's Black Beauty a while back I thought I'd repost some of the photos of my Polar Lights Black Beauty kit.
For some reason Aurora, who did the original tooling for the kit chose the single headlights look, rather than the twins seen in the Green Hornet series, but at least I get to save on green LED's.;)
Lovely stuff Scoop. Super shots of this kit car, which you've made such a great job of making. The lights are superb! I'll be on the look out for a battered Black Beauty next Spring when I get back to boot sales, so I can bodge it back to life!
Great photos, I love the green headlights, very effective.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kev.

ReplyDeleteThanks Woodsy, I shall look forward to seeing it.:)
DeleteIf you get one, I'll give you some tips for reproducing the roof decal! I recently made a parody of the artwork, so I have lots of reference!
DeleteA gorgeous model, and you managed to get just the right amount of sheen on the body, not easy with black!
