Seeing this old auction image I immediately thought of Airwolf. But then there's Blue Thunder so I'm not so sure which vehicle this toy is knocking off.
The Bell 206 Jetranger is closer to the Bell 222 used in Airwolf, than to the customised Aerospatiale Gazelle used in Blue Thunder. But clearly, they were trying to snare fans of both with this knock-off toy. Interesting.
