It's definitely filched from anime characters, but in the best tradition of commercial art it's not a slavish copy! The face is based on Amuro Rey from Gundam - but not quite! The action poses come from Space Cobra, but again redrawn rather than just traced! My thoughts turn to the gun toy itself, is it a simple knock off or is it too a carefully crafted similar design?

Fab stuff Looey, you really know your Anime. Never heard of any of them I'm afraid. For some reason the gun looks familiar.
