TERRANOVA47'S STAR WARS CHOCOLAE BAR WRAPPER

Hello Woodsy

You probably remember blogging the Star Wars chocolate wrappers that never were a while back.

Typically while looking for something else I found my Job Folder of samples with the first marker 'comp'

- (comprehensive sketch) that I did on that project to see what the client wanted.

Here it is.
Stay well,

  1. what a piece of ephemera Brian. Things like this are invariably lost well before the final product hits the shelves, did the bar ever make it to retail?

  2. George Lucas declined to grant a license claiming chocolate bars were junk food. No matter that there was chewing gum licensed because that's not junk food?

Under Disney these days Star War Easter eggs are available.

  3. I love the colours you used Terran esp. the last wrapper graphic with the Taun Taun. Lovely stuff. Its strange how George Lucas avoided chocolate licences, when nearly every other single item known to man was given one!
