So brave to make it right out of the box, yet give it an excellent paint job! I used to hate the Japanese Pla-mo kits that were more like toys than models! I was forever puttying in wheel wells and blocking off keyholes! Nowadays I think they have a charm all of their own, but it's taken me a lifetime to come around to that position! Lovely work!
Thanks Lewis. A few years ago I would have probably filled the wheel wells and keyholes too, but for this model I decided to do it as Bandai had intended. I like the way that some Japanese Anderson kits can look pretty accurate, but they do like their gimmicks. In spite of that it's too good a model not to do a decent paint job on it.:)
Excellent pics of the extremely rare kit!. How big is the finished model?
