We never got things like this in NZ. I do remember a bubble gum set of Peter Pan cards (1960s ?), and many years later there was a Star Wars set with plain chocolate bars - but was there anything in between ?
I loved the Disney peter pan film back in the day and I imagine those cards were linked to that. I bet a lot of chocolate wrapper cards were missed by hungry kids across the world when they ate the bar and screwed up the wrapping!
Yes, it was tied to the film, as all the characters on the cards were exactly the same as in the film. I seem to recall that the cards were available at the time the film was re-issued, as happened every few years with Disney. I do not think I had the full set, and was missing a few cards, but it was a very long time ago, and I can not be certain. Paul Adams from New Zealand
