RESTORING A DOLLS HOUSE

Hi Woodsie,

I've spent a couple of weeks to repair a dolls house I made almost 30 years ago for my nephews and niece.

It's passed on to the next generation, so I did a big overhaul involving sticking on cardboard roof tiles and wall bricks and reworking all 43 windows!

I'm really rather proud of the new front door!

BEFORE & AFTER

What do you think?

Do readers have any hand-me-downs that have gone on to the following generation?

Keep on bloggin'

Very nice, it looks to have survived the years well. It would make a great haunted house, with a ghost in the tower.

Looks more like a dolls 'church' to me though.

  4. I have a dollhouse I buikt for my oldest daughter about 28 years ago. It's all boxed away but could use some TLC when it sees the light of day again!
