Sunny day, lots of time so took some shots of my TB2.

So very nice, clean and simple. The low camera angle gives the impression that even a small model is enormous.

  2. It's not that small, it's 22 inches long. It felt longer when I was standing it!

  3. 'sanding', not standing!

Sorry, I did not realise the 'model' is very nearly as big as Thunderbird 2 would be in real life. I would have nowhere to photograph something that large. Great shots.

  5. Thanks. I just about got it onto my backdrop, any larger and I'd have to make bigger backdrops. I wish I had room for bigger sets for my models.

  6. Is it scratch-built or a kit? Nice either way.

  9. Love the TB2, but if you shot it outdoors, why do you need a backdrop.
Why not just shoot against the sky ?
    Mish.

  10. Hard to find sky that doesn't have buildings in the way that ruin scale. You also have to position the model in such a way as to get a suitable camera angle and to support the model somehow.
