THE STRINES INN AND ENVIRONS, THE PEAKS






One of my fave spots in the English Peak District.
Seems like a lifetime ago being there before the Lockdown. 
Can't wait to get back there!

    That looks like Poohsticks Bridge.

      Yup. The illustration in the book was based on a real bridge, of which I've seen a photo. This looks very much like it.

      Just checked Kid. Poohsticks Bridge is way down South in East Sussex but your'e right, the bridge near the Strines does look like it.
