There was a fabulous documentary about the history of Pinewood Studios on TV last night. Pinewood is a large and famous film studio in Buckinghamshire, England. Countless classics have been made there including Bond movies, Great Expectations and Superman. Jonathan Ross is the presenter so its all done with a light touch and we are shown some of the tricks of the trade. The workings of the huge underwater stage is just terrific. Not sure if you can get it where you are but if so then you'll enjoy it.
