Some really nice items too, including figures of John Koenig,Alan Carter and Helena Russell. Here's a few photos from Sixteen 12's new catalogue.
There's the new Earthbound Eagle sets and UFO Interceptor sets, which we have seen already seen in teaser photos.
The previous Product Enterprise Shado Mobiles have been given a make over which will now come with either a P.E. UFO or Sky 1 (presumably from the original P.E. Skydiver model) There's also retro versions of the each of the three Mobiles (in Dinky Blue) and SHADO Interceptor (in Dinky Green) Both come with display plinths.
There's also a die cast Hawk in scale with the 12"Eagles, and a fabulous Comlock and Stungun set.
I've got the original PE models but the Dinky coloured versions caught my eye. The Ultra Probe Command Module is a holy grail model for me, so I'll have to get that set, though I havn't really got room for yet another Eagle. Wish they'd sell it separately but I suppose that's where the money is. Would love to get the Hawk too but no space for the Eagle in that set. At the Toy fair they also had the other two Space 1999 lunar tanks (seen on their video). Hope they come as a set of two rather than Eagle sets!
ReplyDeleteYes, I saw the other two tanks. I"m not sure what plans Sixteen 12 have for any limited run for those little beauties. I understand that the cost of tooling coupled with what appeared to be limited interest when they were announced meant the tanks went on hold, but you never know.I'd love to see die cast versions. The Ultra Probe looks great, but then that's always been popular so there should be plenty of interest in that.
Deleteoh my good gawd!!! Lottery win where are you now?? Anyone know the cost of the huuuuuge Thunderbirds 1 and 3? Almost scared to ask.
ReplyDeleteYes, some lovely collectables, Mike. As far as I know the price for the Thunderbirds will be announced soon.
