This is the JR21 Dressing Table set from their Lady Penelope range in the mid-Sixties.

The items look like basic stuff: brush, mirror, comb and a powder-puff?
Are they toys or real adult items?
Where these commercially available as separate adult hairdressing items in normal shop? Where they sold in the hairdressing and beauty sections of general stores?
Anyone got any of these?
I'd assume that they were real, but maybe kid-sized - and probably made specially as Lady Penelope merchandise. Don't know for sure though.

DeleteChecked the measurements, 22 x 18 cm, so I am not so sure anymore. However for me the set has always come across as a toy item.
