It is just past midnight here and Halloween is officially over.The weather threatened to ruin Trick of Treat,but the rain that was promised hasn't shown up yet.I saw a few Trick or Treaters in my neighborhood and I'm glad they got the opportunity.I stayed in and munched pizza and watched plenty of spooky stuff on TV.while Im typing,the movie Black Sabbath from the seventies is on in the background.This collection of short stories in movie form is still creepy today as it was then.Hope you have enjoyed Halloween in your own way.S ,until next time,Happy,Happy Halloween!Sil-ver-Shamrock! ;)
Its 24 hours later Brian and I'm waiting for Tibe Hooper'sFunhouse to start on TV but my eyes are shutting! I think I've seen Black Sabbath. Barbara Steele comes to mind when I say it. I have never seen as many trick or Treaters as last night. Reminded me of an old Carpenter flick like Halloween Season of the Witch! Its got big over here or at least in my daughter's housing estate. One of the home's had a full size hologram of spooks in the window and a real-live human hidden under rags near the front door who leapt out when the bell was rung! Talk about scary! I waz impressed! Till next year. Howwwwwwwwwwwwl!
We prepared for trick-or-treaters but didn't expect many. We got one set of sisters. That's it. Still more than we got last year. I think it's because we live in a culdesac on a hill.
Otherwise, I was working on a project, trying to watch horror movies out of the corner of my eye.
That sounds creepy, one set of Sisters KnobG! ha ha. There's even a horror flick called Sisters! I went around with my daughter, Grandson and Missus trick or treating for the frst time this year. I was amazed how many kids with parents were out doing the same. We left the son-in-law at the house with a bucket of sweets for kids coming by but hardly any made it that far cos they live .... in a culdesac on a hill!
